What we collect

If you send a message through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, email address, organization, the type of organization you represent, the area where you need help, and the content of your message. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you and to prepare any proposal you ask for. We do not sell personal information.

Who processes it

Contact form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to our email, which is hosted by Google Workspace. Both may process data outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our business relationships, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to wassim@skalemint.com.
